MADE HERE AND NOW

We love fermentation! In addition, we also like to eat well and healthily and buy locally grown or manufactured products. And since apart from pickled turnips and cabbage we couldn't find many other fresh, high-quality fermented foods, we made them ourselves! We are the only ones in Slovenia who make tempeh (and it’s fresh, unpasteurized and organic!), amazake and much more.


NATURAL, FERMENTED

Fermentation is a miracle of nature that we humans discovered by accident and which until recently was somewhat forgotten. With its help something as boring as cooked soy is transformed into a delicious sauce, ordinary vegetables become home to a vast variety of beneficial bacteria and rice evolves into a healthy dessert.


SPICY, SWEET, SALTY, SOUR

The range of fermented foods is so wide that everyone can find something to their taste. For lovers of spicy food we recommend kimchi, those who are looking for plant based protein can find it in tempeh, and those with a sweet tooth will enjoy amazake.
