ORGANIC LIGHT SOY SAUCE (SHIRO SHOYU)

A classic soy sauce made from soy and sprouted wheat, with a recognizable taste, but at the same time quite different from the soy sauces that we get on the table in restaurants. A large proportion of wheat and a short aging time (4-5 months) keep it bright, transparent in color and delicate in taste.

The product is fermented, pasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: water, sprouted organic wheat, organic soy, Piran non-iodized unrefined salt (14%), Aspergillus soyae. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, peanuts and mustard seeds.

ORGANIC DARK SOY SAUCE (KOIKUCHI SHOYU)

The classic Japanese dark soy sauce made from soybeans and roasted wheat, aged for one year. Due to the roasting and the long, slow fermentation, it has a more complex, intense flavor than the light one and is an indispensable recognizable ingredient in Asian dishes.

The product is fermented, pasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: water, organic soy, organic roasted wheat, salt (16%), Aspergillus soyae spores. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, peanuts and mustard seeds.

PUMPKIN SEED PRESS CAKE SMOKED SAUCE

A completely different umami sauce - without soy and wheat, made entirely from upcycled Slovenian ingredients! After smoking the pumpkin seed press cake rom the Kocbek oil mill, we grow koji mold on it first, then shortly ferment it into a lightly smoky, tasty sauce that can be used to season all kinds of dishes.

BUCKWHEAT SAUCE

Another unique umami sauce without soy and wheat, made from upcycled and entirely local, Slovenian ingredients - and just like pumpkin seed smoked sauce, this one is also versatile! Since its taste is milder, with a distinct buckwheat aftertaste, it is especially suitable for vegetable soups, risottos and similar delicate dishes.
