ORGANIC NATTO

Cooked soybeans enriched with the good bacteria Bacillus subtilis var. natto and fermented for 20 hours are a Japanese specialty that is already well known all over the world.

Some people don't even dare to try it, others love it - but don't let its sticky texture deter you from giving it a chance! It's very healthy, thanks to its high content of vitamin K2 and the enzyme nattokinase and combined with soy sauce, spring onions and boiled rice turns into a really tasty meal.

The product is unpasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: Organic soy (origin: Austria), Bacillus subtilis var. natto. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame and mustard seeds.

Shelf life: at least 14 days. Store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days after opening. Price: €4.90 / 130 g*
