ORGANIC CHICKPEA MISO

A versatile miso that can be used both to prepare more traditional Japanese miso soups as well as other dishes, be it vegetable soup or a slightly more interesting salad dressing. It can be thought of simply as a very tasty salt upgrade that adds something extra to any plate or bowl. It is only aged for 3-4 months and is therefore sweeter and less salty than miso pastes aged longer.

The product is unpasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: organic millet, organic chickpeas (20%), organic sunflower seeds, water, salt (6%), Aspergillus oryzae. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, gluten, peanuts and mustard seeds.

ORGANIC PEANUT MISO, aged

Gently roasted peanuts (we roast them ourselves) are the main and most recognizable ingredient of this 6 months aged miso, which, due to the longer fermentation process, has a more intense taste than its shorter fermented relatives. If you like peanuts, you'll probably like peanut miso too - it goes well with Asian-inspired dishes and strong spices (chili, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, ...).

ORGANIC SOY MISO, aged

Soy and rice are very traditional ingredients of miso paste. In our soy miso there is slightly more rice than soy, so the texture still remains juicy and soft, and the taste is slightly sweet and even fruity despite the higher proportion of salt. This miso aged for a year, which means that it has a complex flavor and can be used to enhance many dishes.

The product is unpasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: rice, soybeans (40%), water, salt (19%), Aspergillus oryzae. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, sesame, peanuts and mustard seeds.

BLACK MISO / Not available at the moment

In this miso, the combination of black soybeans and black rice is transformed into a miso paste, the taste reminiscent of dried black olives. The youngest specialty among our miso pastes is aged only two months, so it is juicy and less salty than longer-aged misos. An excellent addition to summer salads and dips for crackers or vegetables.
