ORGANIC GINGER AMAZAKE

White rice turned dessert, to which we added some freshly squeezed ginger juice and grated lemon peel. It has am intensely sweet taste and is pleasantly creamy. It can be consumed alone, used as a sweetener or diluted into an ice-cold or hot drink, which quickly restores energy when we are tired due to its high content of readily available glucose.

The product is pasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: organic white rice, water, organic ginger, organic lemon peel, Aspergillus oryzae. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, gluten, peanuts and mustard seeds.

In this version of the amazake we used another interesting mold besides the usual ‘koji’, the Aspergillus luchuensis. The combination of both molds grown on two different types of rice creates a dessert with a pleasant, sweet and slighly acidic taste reminiscent of prunes, compote and citrus fruits.

The product is pasteurized and without additives.

Ingredients: white rice, red rice, sweet potato, water, Aspergillus luchuensis, Aspergillus oryzae. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, sesame, peanuts and mustard seeds.
